Services Overview

Seobliz is a dedicated SEO agency providing search engine optimization services only. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Keyword research and strategy
  • On-page and technical SEO
  • Content optimization and creation
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
  • Link building
  • SEO audits and consultations

The scope of services depends on the selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Ultimate).

SEO Results Disclaimer

SEO is a long-term strategy and results may vary. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, leads, or revenue. Search engine algorithms and ranking factors are beyond our control, and outcomes depend on multiple external variables.

Minimum Commitment

All SEO plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. While a 3-month agreement is mandatory, we strongly recommend a 6-month commitment for optimal and sustainable results.

By purchasing a plan, you agree to this minimum term.

Payments & Billing

  • All plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis
  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payments must be made in advance
  • Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and virtual nature of SEO services:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused services, or early termination

Clients may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Unlimited Revisions Policy

We provide unlimited revisions within the scope of the selected plan. Revisions do not include:

  • Additional services outside the plan
  • New projects or scopes not originally agreed upon
  • Repeated changes due to delayed client feedback

Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access (website, analytics, hosting, CMS, etc.)
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Avoid activities that violate search engine guidelines

Delays or lack of cooperation may impact results and timelines.

Our free SEO audit and consultation are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of results.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and materials created by Seobliz remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their business purposes only.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party tools, platforms, and services. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in algorithms
  • Platform penalties
  • Downtime or data loss caused by third-party providers

Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • The client violates these Terms
  • The client engages in unethical, illegal, or black-hat SEO practices

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

Seobliz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Use of our website or services
  • SEO performance fluctuations
  • Algorithm updates or ranking losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing cycle.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
