By purchasing any plan or service from Seobliz, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.
Digital Services Policy
Seobliz provides digital and virtual SEO services, including strategy, optimization, consulting, and ongoing SEO management. Due to the nature of these services, there are no physical products or returnable items.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Seobliz are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly SEO subscriptions
- One-time SEO services
- Partial months of service
- Unused services or early cancellations
Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Minimum Commitment
All SEO plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. Clients agree to this minimum term at the time of purchase. While 3 months is mandatory, we strongly recommend a 6-month engagement for optimal and sustainable SEO results.
Early termination during the minimum commitment period does not qualify for a refund.
Subscription Cancellation
Clients may cancel their SEO subscription before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellation will:
- Stop future billing
- Not affect services already delivered or in progress
- Not result in any refund for past payments
Instructions for cancellation will be provided during onboarding or upon request.
Unlimited Revisions Instead of Refunds
While we do not offer refunds, we provide unlimited revisions within the scope of the selected plan. This ensures clients receive maximum value and satisfaction from our services.
Unlimited revisions do not include:
- Services outside the selected plan
- Additional projects or new scopes
- Work delayed due to lack of client response
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Seobliz may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of the account
- Permanent restriction from future services
We encourage clients to contact us directly so we can address concerns promptly and professionally.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer service credits or alternative solutions. These are not guaranteed and do not constitute a refund.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
